Your company match will increase your support and help make life better for people impacted by cancer by providing a haven of support to cancer patients, their loved ones, and care partners—all at no cost.

MAIL YOUR GIFTObtain the appropriate matching gift verification form from your personnel/human resources office and submit to the Dempsey Center. Mail or email and a copy of your receipt to: Dempsey Center Please be sure to complete the entire donor portion of the form, most importantly, remember to sign the form. Include a copy of your gift receipt (if available). |
GIVE ONLINEDid you know that 93% of all donors submit their matching gifts electronically? If your company uses an online matching gift platform, submit a matching gift verification request through your company’s online portal by entering in your company information above. If you can't find your company in the database above, please submit your matching gift form by accessing your company's online portal using the Dempsey Center's home base address: 29 Lowell Street, 5th Floor, Lewiston, ME 04240.
